Return & Exchange Policy
At Haya Modest Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a small business operating from home, we ensure that every piece in our collection undergoes quality checks before dispatch. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for faulty items.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, you have 7 days to return it with all tags attached. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents (e.g., perfume). The faults are as followed ( A hole in the fabric, a seam is undone etc) Hijab sets that have been removed from their packaging will not be accepted.
To process a return for a faulty item, you must provide proof of purchase at the time of refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
